Top 4 teams from each group proceed to the upper bracket of the Playoffs.
The venue for this years event is the Palais Brongniart, a historical venue at the very heart of Paris. It was initially scheduled for Feburary 2021, but was postponed to May 2021 due to French Border Closures. There will be no audience at this event and it will be the first major offline Rainbow Six event since the pandemic started. While the Six Invitational usually takes place in Montreal, this edition will be held in Paris due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic.
